About you:? As an Engineering Manager at Access, you'll be at the heart of empowering our engineering teams to reach new levels of performance through your guidance, innovative thinking, and leadership. Drawing from your hands-on experience as a developer, you'll feel confident jumping into technical challenges and guiding your team through modern agile practices, cloud architecture, and best methodologies. Supporting our Acteol team based in Tunisia, you'll work on a dynamic, high-scale CRM product where security is top of mind, and preserving a seamless customer experience is essential-this may involve some travel to connect with the team and lead in person.Day-to-day, you will:? • Develop and maintain a clear project plan and forecast, regularly updating Programme Management and Divisional Management with transparent progress reports on delivery against scope.• Lead and motivate software engineering teams to meet project commitments, proactively identifying and resolving any challenges to keep projects on track.• Champion best practices and operational excellence within the engineering teams, ensuring reliable and transparent deliverables aligned with project goals.• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Engineering Leadership to ensure alignment and successful delivery of cross-functional projects.• Oversee the performance and growth of team members, conducting regular check-ins, managing performance and development, and supporting their professional success within the organization.Your skills and experiences might also include:?? • Experienced former developer ideally to senior level before switching to management (ideally with .NET and React but ability to adapt more important)• Experience of managing all aspects of team and product performance including line management, SaaS, design and architecture, process, continuous improvement, and secure software development• Experience managing remote teams• Experience creating and driving high performing teams • Customer focused What does Access offer you??
