Learning Support Assistant Needed In Loughborough!Are you a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant eager to make a positive impact on our partnered primary schools children? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Loughborough!About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide crucial support to primary school children with various needs, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Opportunities are also available in nearby towns with our partnered schools.Key Responsibilities:Assist teachers in delivering effective lessons and support individual students' learning.Provide one-on-one and small group support to children, fostering their educational growth.Maintain a positive and nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning.Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.Assist with classroom management and undertake administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:Relevant qualifications from the UK and/or at least 2 years of experience working in a UK school.
