SEN Teaching Assistant – Loughborough

GSL Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs in schools across Loughborough. Role Overview:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.

  • Support students with communication, social, emotional, and physical needs.
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement individual learning plans (ILPs).

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
