Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to children with Special Educational Needs.
* Create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support each child's learning and development.
* Collaborate with parents, staff, and external professionals to promote inclusive practices.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
* Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a focus on Special Educational Needs.
* Solid experience working with children in primary education, particularly in Reception and Year 1.
* Strong understanding of the SEN Code of Practice and relevant teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
* A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine passion for helping children with additional needs thrive.
