- Skilled in reading and interpreting company and customer engineering drawings, as well as understanding process specifications and work instructions.
- Surface Preparation: Proficient in preparing component surfaces using vapor blasters, orbital sanders, and manual sanding methods.
- Capable of accurately masking components before paint application using masking tapes and paper.
- Experienced in paint mixing, ensuring correct volume and viscosity per approved documentation and specifications.
- Paint Application: Able to apply paint using both brush and spray techniques, following process documentation and specifications.
- A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
- Vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field.Â
- Paint Spraying, either automotive or aerospace.
- Previous experience in a similar position and regulated industry
