This position will be responsible for surface preparation, masking, application of paints by brush and air spray techniques and drying procedures.   • Skilled in reading and interpreting company and customer engineering drawings, as well as understanding process specifications and work instructions.
  • Surface Preparation: Proficient in preparing component surfaces using vapor blasters, orbital sanders, and manual sanding methods.
  • Capable of accurately masking components before paint application using masking tapes and paper.
  • Experienced in paint mixing, ensuring correct volume and viscosity per approved documentation and specifications.
  • Paint Application: Able to apply paint using both brush and spray techniques, following process documentation and specifications.
Paint Sprayer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.
  • Vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field. 
  • Paint Spraying, either automotive or aerospace.
  • Previous experience in a similar position and regulated industry
  • Surface Preparation.
