Job Title: Workshop Manager
Location: Loughborough
Hours: Monday to Friday - DAYS
Annual Salary: 45,000 Basic

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee workshop operations, scheduling, and repairs.
  • Minimize downtime with efficient repair methods.
  • Ensure high maintenance standards and compliance with EHS legislation.
  • Maintain a safe, hazard-free working environment.
  • Manage staff scheduling, holidays, and overtime.
  • Process paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Maximize warranty and goodwill opportunities.
  • Analyse maintenance trends and provide insights to management.
  • Adhere to road traffic laws and company policies.
  • Encourage staff to meet goals and uphold safety protocols.
  • Highlight business opportunities and maintain customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Proven workshop management or supervisory experience.
  • Certified technician (City & Guilds or equivalent) with a technical background in trailer repairs.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Analytical abilities and familiarity with data interpretation.
  • Proficient in IT and admin tasks.
  • Valid driving license required.
