Sonic Summary

We are seeking a senior commercial technician for a permanent position at a well-established Truck Dealership with over 40 years of experience in the commercial vehicle market.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for light commercial vehicles, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as part of a friendly and experienced workshop team.
Candidates must hold a full driving license, a Level 3 Qualification (City and Guilds - NVQ or equivalent), and have experience in diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining light commercial vehicles.
The role offers a salary with overtime incentives, and technicians receive £1,500 annually in vouchers for tooling updates, along with opportunities for career progression and skill enhancement towards an HGV Technician career.
Candidates should have supervisory experience and be willing to participate in ongoing training and development, with a minimum of 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, plus available overtime.

We are looking to recruit a senior commercial technician on a permanent basis for a well established Truck Dealership with over 40 years of expertise in the commercial vehicle market.

Working within an environment with new facilities the ideal candidate would have a passion for light commercial vehicles and hold a strong work ethic & be a team player that can work independently within the current workshop team whom are are hardworking, friendly, and experienced with positive attitudes.

Role Requirements:

Hold a full driving license.
Hold LV3 QualificationCity and Guilds - NVQ or Equivalent.
Experience preferred in diagnosing & servicing and maintenance & repairof light commercial vehicles and vans.
Possess own set of hand tools.
Willing toparticipate in ongoing training and development.
Support and act as a mentor to apprentices.
Ensure that vehicles are to DVSA standards.
Complete relevant documentation to ensure compliancy.
Supervisory experience desirable.
