365 People are recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor for our client based near Loughborough.
You will be working for a company that is an expert in end to end design led manufacturing company, that creates imaginative brand experiences.
The Night Shift Supervisor role:
- Responsible for all departments, but specifically concentrating on Quality Control, Health and Safety and Production.
- Will be the main point of contact for the shift
- Good at decision making, especially regarding production issues.
- Work to production plans, set out by the Fabrication, Paint/Assembly, Acrylic and Joinery Production Managers.
- Will be responsible for all Quality Control on the Night Shift including all First offs, WIP checks, reporting, quarantine, and escalation.
- Has experience of setting and operating pressbrakes.LVD/Amada/Trumpf
- Has welding experience.
- Is willing to cover holes in production i.e. work on pressbrake/welding/paint line etc.
- Have a high attention to detail
- Quality check finished products and report any issues
The Candidate:
- My client is looking for someone who is keen to be hands on
- Worked in engineering and who wants to learn
- From a manufacturing / production background
- Physically able and fine with potential heavy lifting
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experienced in leading and developing the team
- Be a naturally forward planner.
Hours of work:
4:00pm – 2:00am (Mon – Thurs)
