The candidate:

The candidate for the Senior Welder role should:

Have strong experience with fabricating and welding within architectural steelwork.
Be experienced working with tools.
Have good leadership skills.
Be able to enforce rules and help take charge on night shift.
Be able to report back.
Be experienced working closely with production team when needed.
Be able to lead by example.

The role of the Senior Welder involves:
