Gemini People are working with the UK’s leading manufacturer of high-performance silencers and noise control solutions who are looking for a Trainee Welder to join their growing production team.

This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity for someone who wants to build a solid career in fabrication and welding, working in a niche and thriving sector.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the fabrication and welding of industrial silencers, steam vents, and turbine exhaust components.
Working alongside an experienced welder to develop your technical skills.
Assisting with general labouring and shop floor duties.
Fitting and assembling manufactured parts and components.
Learning to interpret engineering drawings and follow production processes.
Maintaining workshop safety and cleanliness standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Eagerness to learn a skilled trade in a specialist engineering environment.
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Previous experience with stainless steel is advantageous but not essential.
A hands-on, practical mindset and the ability to follow instructions.

Pay & Working Hours:

Starting off at £13.00 p/h increasing dependent on performance.
Monday - Friday : 07:00 - 16:00.
