Welder / Fabricator Required!
BE Recruitment are recruiting A Welder / Fabricator / for an engineering company based in Shepshed, Loughborough.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 07:30am - 16:30pm
- 1-hour lunch break
Pay: 12 - 15 per hour
Temp to Perm!

Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
- Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experienced in MIG welding.
- Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.
- Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
- Positive can-do attitude.
