Part-time Accounts Assistant - WORK AROUND SCHOOL HOURS! Loughton - Office based
We are a Loughton-based Recruitment company, urgently seeking an EXPERIENCED Accounts Assistant for a part-time, 3 month contract.
Typically your day will involve checking, approving and paying supplier invoices, creating and sending customer invoices, bank reconciliation, payments, filing, electronic archiving, credit control, extensive telephone liaison with clients, respondoing to emails, ad hoc admnistration.
Candidates MUST have:
Excellent knowledge of Xero
Excel - able to create spreadsheets with formulae and all the basic functions as a minumum
Previous experience in an Accounts role
High standard of verbal and written communication skills
Able to start immediately
