Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will operate remotely, predominantly covering London, Kent, Northampton and the south east region with a focus on driving business development and managing key accounts for HVAC products including Refrigeration, Heat Pumps, Chillers, Control Systems via M&E Consultants, M&E Contractors and end-user channels.
The ideal Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager will have strong technical sales background with experience in selling and managing key accounts for HVAC systems such as Industrial Refrigeration, Process Cooling, Cooling, Heat Pumps or similar HVAC related products.

Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager Role:
- Driving business development and the management of key accounts for a range of HVAC products across the Industrial Refrigeration and Process Cooling markets for chillers, heat pump products and solutions into end-user channels.
- Maintain and grow HVAC product sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations to achieve targets.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet client needs and provide accurate sales estimates, focusing on HVAC products including refrigeration, heat pumps, chillers, control systems.
- Strong relationship building skills with M&E Contractors, M&E Consultants and end-user channels.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
- Operate fully remote, covering London, Kent, Northampton and the south east.
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or similar role within the HVAC, Industrial Refrigeration or Process Cooling industry.
- A technical qualification such as Apprentice-trained, HNC, HND, or Degree within Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering would be advantageous.
- Experience selling industrial refrigeration, heat pumps, chillers, control systems or similar would be desired.
- Selling and managing key accounts for HVAC or Refrigeration systems, Process Cooling, Chillers, Heat Pumps or similar HVAC related products.
- Willingness to work fully remote from home with regular travel to customer sites across London, Kent and the south east region.
- Full clean driving license required.
