We are seeking a Construction Recruitment Business Development Manager to join a growing and ambitious company.
Role
- To recruit skilled trades and labour to the industry.
- To generates and identify new business opportunities.
- To join a growing company with opportunities for future personal development.
- To meet and support, both existing and potential clients.
- Quickly follow up on new leads and undertake some cold calling.
- To support and work with the existing business development team
Skills
- Knowledge and experience of the construction industry.
- A track record of working in the labour services market and delivery of Construction T&L.
- Experienced in a sales focused role within recruitment- preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience in delivering recruitment services to Main/Sub-contractors.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets / growth and new business acquisition.
- A flexible attitude to roles and responsibilities.
- Be innovative in approach.
