Sales Manager - Chigwell

Salary - £28,000 + (Depending on Experience) + Commission

Live within a 40-minute peak time commute to the office

Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am 5pm - one Saturday off a month

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have a stable career history within estate agency.
  • Be confident valuers/ listers, with a strong instruction ratio.
  • Be confident hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Be well presented and excellent communicators.
  • Have an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong man management skills.
  • Have a strong work ethic.
  • Have a competitive desire to succeed.

Daily Tasks:

  • Provide constant mentoring to negotiators to effectively carry out their duties.
  • Ensure that targets are being met on a daily & weekly basis.
  • Monitor stock list to ensure all photos, floor plans, descriptions, prices etc are up to date and show the property at its best.
  • Proactively provide feedback and market commentary to vendors
  • Proactively solicit new business by various means i.e. maildrop, porters, canvassing etc
  • Oversee smooth running of the branch.
