Pre Construction Administrator

Loughton, Essex

£35000 per annum

Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm

20 days holiday (increasing with service) + Bank Holidays, bonus scheme, healthcare and pension scheme

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uploading documents onto client portals
  • Procurement of materials to ensure timely project completion
  • Digitising drawings for seamless integration
  • Working on Excel documents to maintain accurate records
  • Managing samples to meet quality standards
  • Requesting information from clients to keep projects on track
  • Liaising with Architects and the design team for collaborative success
  • Attending meetings when required to stay updated
