I am working alongsidean exceptionally well-established financial loans company. After a very successful last decade, the business is continuously expanding. This Customer Service Agent role involves handling communications via phone, email, live chat, and letters, aiming for great outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance.Responsibilities of Customer Service Agent:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and letter
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored support
  • Help customers progress through applications
  • Resolve minor complaints quickly and fairly
  • Identify and support vulnerable customers
  • Maintain accurate account records
  • Ensure clear, fair, and effective communication
  • Meet daily targets and follow quality/compliance guidelines
  • Adhere to conduct rules and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
  • Confident and personable telephone manner
  • Empathetic, considerate, and professional approach
  • Great attention to detail and organisation
