Bright Selection is excited to support a new group seeking a manager to commission their first home, a luxury residential home near to Loughton.
Our client is an experienced industry executive with a track record in developing luxury care and nursing homes in the South-East.
Their latest project is a boutique style residential home, offering high quality care to around 40 residents.
They are seeking an experienced manager to join them pre-opening, and to work with them on overseeing the development as well as recruiting a staff team and building contacts in the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Commission and lead the new residential care home, ensuring a smooth transition through registration into opening.
- Recruitment of a staff team
- Provide inspirational leadership and management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, including budgets, staffing, and compliance with CQC standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and experienced Home Manager with a passion for providing exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have:
- Management experience gained leading a successful home - ideally within the self-funding market.
- Commissioning experience advantageous
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or be willing to work towards this).
Remuneration:
- Salary £60,000-80,000 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme
