Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Wealth Management Administrator to join one of our well respected independent financial planning firm based in Loughton.

This is a great opportunity to continue your journey in Financial Services / Wealth & Asset Management.

This firm covers all areas of financial planning and have longstanding financial advisers who are looking for an experienced IFA administrator to join the existing support team.

Duties will include:

  • Processing new business
  • Updating Crm
  • Inbox and diary management
  • Client liaison
  • Working alongside Financial Planners
  • Preparing meeting packs
  • Completing and processing paperwork
  • Letters of authority
  • Risk questionnaire inputting

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to £34,000 dependant on experience
  • Working Hours, 9 am-5 pm Monday- Thursday, 9 am-4 pm on Fridays!
  • Workplace Pension with 8.5% employer contribution
  • Group Private medical insurance
  • Group Income Protection
  • Death in Service Cover
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. The office typically closes between Christmas and New Year.
