We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Barking & Dagenham, starting ASAP.
This full-time, term-time only position offers a salary of £90-£100 per day and requires a minimum of a 2:1 or 1st class degree from a leading UK university.
Candidates should have previous experience working with children with SEN and possess strong knowledge of the GCSE and A-Level curriculum.
Key responsibilities include supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis, collaborating with the SEN team, and implementing behaviour management strategies.

We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant who has:

A 2:1 or 1st class degree from a leading UK university
Previous experience working with children with SEN
Strong GCSE and A-Level curriculum knowledge
Confidence in managing behaviour and delivering small group support
An enthusiastic and proactive approach to working within a school setting

Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assisting children both inside and outside of the classroom
Collaborating with the SEN team and other professionals to provide the best learning opportunities
Encouraging progress and helping with curriculum access
Implementing behaviour management strategies
