We are seeking a proactive and reliable First Line Support candidate to join our team in Ilford. This position will be the first point of contact for our users, providing exceptional IT support and troubleshooting basic technical issues. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and some foundational IT skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the IT sector, with full training and support provided.Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, resolving basic issues and escalating when necessary.- Log, monitor, and manage service requests within our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.- Guide clients through troubleshooting steps and provide advice on usage, configurations, and best practices.- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate resolutions for complex issues.- Consistently ensure client satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality support.Key Requirements:- Excellent spoken and written English, with a professional and friendly communication style.- Willingness to learn and grow within the IT sector.- IT skills and an interest in technology.- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.- Based in or able to commute to central Croydon.Desirable Qualifications:- Previous experience in a customer-facing or IT support role is an advantage but not essential.- Familiarity with common software packages, basic networking, or troubleshooting practices is beneficial
