A long-standing client of X4 is seeking an electrically biased Building Services Engineer for a Data Centre in Debden, Essex.
Key responsibilities include working with lighting and emergency lighting systems, heating ventilation and comfort controls, distribution systems (400/230 volts), and fire detection systems.
Candidates must possess an ONC or HNC qualification and have experience in both maintenance and installation work.
The position requires the ability to work both day and night shifts.
