  • Be the primary contact for service tasks, including maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting of automatic doors.
  • Work independently to manage and update your own van stock.
  • Use a tablet for job reporting and ensure all service tasks are logged accurately.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a mechanical or electrical environment, or relevant qualifications.
  • Proficient with mobile devices/tablets.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues.
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with the motivation to work autonomously and support team members when needed.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • Full UK Driving License.
