- Be the primary contact for service tasks, including maintenance, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting of automatic doors.
- Work independently to manage and update your own van stock.
- Use a tablet for job reporting and ensure all service tasks are logged accurately.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and contribute to service excellence by maximizing customer retention and profitability.
- Experience in a mechanical or electrical environment, or relevant qualifications.
- Proficient with mobile devices/tablets.
- Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues.
- A positive, can-do attitude, with the motivation to work autonomously and support team members when needed.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Full UK Driving License.
