45-50k p/a (9 months contract - potential perm work or extended contract to follow)

My client is a privately owned, residential builder and refurbishment contractor driven by a innovative and successful entrepreneur - who is from a commercial background in the construction industry.

Skilled in building entire houses, extensions, conversions or basements, my client believes in providing quality alongside excellent customer service through communication - both at the forefront of projects and throughout the build.

With excellent client feedback and a portfolio of impressive builds, my client is keen to continue to expand and develop, working with experienced industry professionals who take pride in their work.

My client has a current requirement for a Site Manager to run a residential build in a plot in Loughton, Essex.

It is essential that the Site Manager will have proven experience on bespoke / private individual house developments or builds.

Ideally, live within an easy commute of Loughton.

Will have industry qualifications, including full Health and Safety training.

Have a strong knowledge of trades and be able to manage operatives on site.

You will be liaising with the client and reporting directly to company owner who will manage the commercial running of the project.

Further work in the local region may follow this 8-9 month contract.
