You’ll be working alongside a Marketing Executive and the Head of Marketing, supporting multiple brands and contributing to a variety of exciting projects. About YouWe’re looking for an enthusiastic and personable Marketing Assistant with a passion for digital marketing and lead generation. You’ll be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and have a knack for juggling multiple tasks at once. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketing Assistant, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead Generation: Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand enquiries for events.

  • Social Media: Plan and execute social media campaigns, exploring opportunities to boost engagement and audience growth.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing to create engaging industry content, distributing it via websites, email, and social media channels.

  • Website Management: Ensure timely updates to the website, working with external suppliers to maintain high-quality, accurate content.

  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing activity, providing internal reports and recommendations for improvement.

  • Email Campaigns: Assist with the creation of email campaigns, analysing and reporting results while suggesting ways to improve performance.

  • Newsletters & Industry Stories: Assist in the creation of online stories and weekly newsletters for key brands. Build positive relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, showrooms, and partners.

  • Client Liaison: Work closely with sponsors and clients to ensure all deliverables are fulfilled on time and to a high standard.

  • Organisational Skills: Methodical, organised, and able to juggle multiple campaigns with competing priorities.

  • Attention to Detail: Analytical, with a focus on tracking campaign performance and recommending improvements.

  • Creative Writing: Strong writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone of voice for different brands and channels.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in a marketing role (as an intern or part of a degree course).

  • Experience with email service providers (ideally Adestra) and content management systems.

  • Knowledge of design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

  • Interest in design and creative industries.
