Office Co-Ordinator/Property Manager

Location - Loughton

Our client is looking for a super friendly and organised Office Co-ordinator / Property Manager and can multitask a variety of duties across the small portfolio.

Day to day?

  • Provide PA support to Director by managing schedules, appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Take all inbound calls for the company
  • Greet any foot traffic that comes into the branch
  • Manage the referencing process from deal agreement, ensuring all required documents are collected from tenants.
  • Send terms of business to landlords, gather necessary documents, arrange EPCs, safety certificates, check for landlord license requirements and conduct AML checks.
  • Draft tenancy agreements and ensure final balances are paid before issuing agreements via Docusign.
  • Coordinate key collections, inventories, inspections, and maintain property compliance with certifications (EPCs, gas, electrical, etc.).
  • Track rent payments, follow up on overdue payments, and manage remittances, deducting relevant costs with new software automation in progress.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and day-to-day property management tasks efficiently.
