Academics are currently working with an Outstanding, high achieving mainstream secondary school in Loughton, Essex who are seeking a passionate teacher with excellent subject knowledge, who can teach both French and Spanish across Key stage 3 and 4. Duties and Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher in Loughton:

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that foster a love for the languages.
Plan and prepare engaging lessons across Key stage 3 and 4 French and Spanish
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a cohesive educational experience
Offer high standards of Education and training to all pupils within the school
Maintain accurate records and report student progress appropriately.
