Academics are currently working with an Outstanding, high achieving mainstream secondary school in Loughton, Essex who are seeking a passionate teacher with excellent subject knowledge, who can teach both French and Spanish across Key stage 3 and 4. Duties and Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher in Loughton:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that foster a love for the languages.
- Plan and prepare engaging lessons across Key stage 3 and 4 French and Spanish
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to create a cohesive educational experience
- Offer high standards of Education and training to all pupils within the school
- Maintain accurate records and report student progress appropriately.
