Year 1 Teacher -Primary School - Waltham Forest
A successful Primary School with an OFSTED "Good" is looking to appoint a Teacher for their Year 1 class. The role requires the teacher to build from the existing curriculum and use their experience to create exciting and challenging frameworks. It is open to an ECT who can bring energy and creativity to the role as long as references are either "Good" or "Outstanding".
The school is looking to progress into "Outstanding" and the successful candidate will have that ambition for the school. Excellent subject knowledge and differentiated practices along with formative and summative assessment are key. Previous experience working to boost oracy skills would also be encouraged and a robust knowledge of Phonics is required.
