An excellent opportunity for a Senior Cost Planner to work with a leading house builder based in Milton Keynes. This company does not recruit frequently and they are interested in ambitious, well established Cost Planners.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of proven Cost Planning experience
- Track record working on projects above 15m
- Development/ Land experience
- Strong communication skills

- Able to work on a standalone basis
