Our client a multi -office, independent Estate Agent with offices across Essex are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator for their office in Loughton.The company have built a reputation with a team of experienced professionals who work hard to make sure that they understand exactly what the client wants. Customer service is the most important aspect of what the company does, together with their superior knowledge of the property market they provide expert advice to create a tailored service that puts the individual client first. They understand the importance of communication at every stage of the process, priding themselves on their open and friendly attitude.The ideal candidate must have 1+ years experience in a Sales Negotiator role understanding the full sales process, and is looking to work themselves up. You must be someone who is target driven and looking to work within a team. You are ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and have a winning mindset.You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car, and live within 40 minutes to the office during peak times. Salary package and benefits of the Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Basic £20,000 + DOE
  • OTE £35,000
  • 10% Commission on Personal Banking
  • 5% extra Commission on hitting quarterly target
  • Petrol allowance £100 per month
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm with a day off in lieu (5 day working week) (one Saturday a month)

Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator position include:

  • Registering and qualifying potential buyers
  • Generating and conducting viewings
  • Canvassing to bring on new properties
  • Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
  • Preparing sales brochures
  • Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
  • Always delivering exceptional customer service

The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:

  • 1 year's + experience as a Sales Negotiator
  • Full understanding of the sales process
  • High level of customer service skills
  • The desire to work well in a team
  • Good telephone manner
  • Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Confident and happy with canvassing
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
