The successful candidate ideally must have previous property experience, but not essential. The applicant will be liaising with the Lettings Negotiators and the Senior Property Administrator as well as both landlords and tenants, therefore a good understanding of the lettings market would be ideal. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be capable of working well within a team environment, and ideally experience at controlling and managing a small team, but this isn’t essential.The Senior Lettings Administrator role is a vital part of the Lettings team, essential to the continued success and growth of the portfolio, ensuring tenancies are sustained and properties are maintained to a high standard.Salary package and benefits of this Senior Lettings Administrator role include:
- Basic £30,000 - £32,000
- Mon to Fri working week 8.45am to 6pm

Main responsibilities for this role of Senior Lettings Administrator include:
- Liaison between clients, tenants, contractors etc.
- Maintaining standards and complying with legislative requirements
- Various administrative tasks
- Answering queries by telephone and email

- Booking and arranging pre-tenancy works

- Supporting property managers to ensure pre tenancy works are scheduled and carried out prior to move in
