Our client, a prominent Estate Agent in the Loughton Area, is seeking to hire a Senior Lettings Negotiator.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £25,000 with on-target earnings reaching £40,000.
Candidates should have experience in a fast-paced lettings environment and possess excellent communication skills.
The role includes responsibilities such as booking market appraisals, attending viewings, and managing offers.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, with alternate Saturdays, and a lieu day for Saturdays worked.

Our client, a well-respected Estate Agent in the Loughton Area, are looking to employ a Senior Lettings Negotiator. They are extremely well established within the local area and looking to build upon their success.

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

Up to £25,000 Basic
On Target Earnings of £40,000
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Career Progression with an opportunity to progress into Assistant Management position
Fantastic Commission Package

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00Alternate Saturdays | 09:00 – 17:00

Lieu day for Saturday worked

To be considered for the Senior Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:

Experience working within a fast-paced lettings environment
Excellent communication skills
Organised and have the ability to manage your own workload
Ability to work in a team-based environment
Full UK Driving License

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

Booking Market Appraisals
Attending Market Appraisals
Dealing with offers
Booking viewings
Registering applicants
Canvassing
Prospecting potential leads
