Senior Lettings Negotiator

Our client, a well-respected Estate Agent in the Loughton Area, are looking to employ a Senior Lettings Negotiator. They are extremely well established within the local area and looking to build upon their success.  

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

• Up to £25,000 Basic
• On Target Earnings of £40,000
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Career Progression with an opportunity to progress into an Assistant Management position  
• Fantastic Commission Package

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday | 09:00 – 18:00
• Alternate Saturdays | 09:00 – 17:00
• Lieu day for Saturday worked

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:

• Experience working within a fast-paced lettings environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Organised and have the ability to manage your own workload
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Full UK Driving License

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Booking Market Appraisals
• Attending Market Appraisals
• Dealing with offers
• Booking viewings
• Registering applicants
• Canvassing
• Prospecting potential leads
