**EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS ESSENTIAL**Our client a multi office, independent Estate Agent with offices across Essex are looking for a super organised and efficient Property Manager for their busy office in Loughton. The company have built a reputation with a team of experienced professionals who work hard to make sure that they understand exactly what the client wants. Customer service is the most important aspect of what the company does, together with their superior knowledge of the property market they provide expert advice to create a tailored service that puts the individual client first. They understand the importance of communication at every stage of the process, and pride themselves on their open and friendly attitude. The Property Manager is a vital link with the Lettings team, essential to the continued success and growth of the portfolio, ensuring tenancies are sustained and properties maintained. The ideal candidate must have 2 years+ property management experience, with a full understanding of all current legislation, and how to deal with maintenance. You will be working in a fast paced environment so speed and accuracy is key. This is an office based role without property inspections, so no driving licence is required.Salary package and benefits of this Property Manager role include:

  • Basic £28,000 - £30,000 DOE

Main responsibilities for this role of Property Manager include:

  • Manage your own portfolio
  • Assist in overall management duties
  • Build a strong working relationship with both landlords and tenants
  • Dealing with maintenance including quotes and repairs
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals
  • Ensuring all legal compliance issues are met
  • Book end of tenancy checkouts
  • Deal with deposit returns and any deductions at end of tenancy
  • Arrange safety certificates
  • Ensure regular communication with clients

Essential skills for this Property Manager role include:

  • 2 years+ Property Management experienced essential
  • Experience with CFP would be advantageous
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently
  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Good time management and excellent organisational skills
