Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team. In this dual-focused role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates in trades and labour roles while gaining valuable industry knowledge. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between exceptional talent and reputable companies seeking skilled labour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including our bespoke database & job boards.
  • Conduct screening and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit for specific trades.
  • Maintain an active candidate pipeline, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, skill shortages, and demand within the trades and labour sector.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations and best practices.
