Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new schools and educational institutions
- Advertise job opportunities and source the best candidates
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for roles
- Guide and advise candidates through the recruitment process
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven success in sales/recruitment with a solid track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities
- Results-driven with a passion for helping others
