We are seeking a passionate Student Support Worker to join a dynamic team in Barking & Dagenham, starting ASAP.
The role requires prior SEN-based experience with children and previous work in a school setting.
Candidates should hold a 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university and demonstrate confidence in working with SEN students.
The position offers a salary of £90-£100 per day, with full-time, term-time only commitment.

Essential Requirements:

1:1 or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK university
Prior SEN-based experience with children

Experience in behaviour management
Confidence in working with SEN students

Key Responsibilities:

Encouraging student progress and attainment
Working 1:1 or in small groups to support students in lessons and throughout the school day
Collaborating closely with the SEN team
Leading support for students across a range of subjects

Contract Details:

Full-time, term-time only
£90-£100 per day
