- Assess and support learners with additional learning needs, learning difficulties, and/or disabilities.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and small group support for students with varying needs.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans for students.
- Monitor and track students’ progress and provide feedback on their development.
- Create and deliver tailored learning resources to assist students in achieving their goals and preparing for assessments and exams.
- Liaise with external support and referral agencies as appropriate.
- Offer Learning Support-focused training and guidance to staff members.
- Degree or comparable qualification.
- A qualification in Literacy/Numeracy/Dyslexia/LDD or a willingness to obtain one.
- Experience supporting learners with a range of additional learning needs, learning difficulties, and/or disabilities.
- Must have an up-to-date DBS on the update service.
- Full-time, immediate start, available until the end of the academic year.
- This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility to work across various levels and subjects.
