Job Title: Trade Counter Supervisor
Location: Buckhurst Hill / Permanent position
Hours: 7.30am to 5pm – Monday to Friday / every other Saturday 8am to 1pm
Pay: £30,000 - £31,000 per year
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Trade Counter Operative to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
·Providing highest levels of customer service and support
·Proactive sales techniques
·Participating within highly experienced professional team dedicated to maximising customer satisfaction through on going business development and top class service
·Playing pivotal role supporting companies stock management program
·Being highly instrumental in maintaining the branch health and safety controls & best practices to ensure the safety of all customers and your colleagues
·Managing a team when the manager Is away from the business
·Warehouse duties – supporting the warehouse team
·Supervisor experience
Skills and Qualifications:
·Your customer targets will comprise of existing customers, lapsed buyers and totally new prospects
·You will be required to understand impact of product mix to secure the very best gross profit result for branch
·Required to manage the stock replenishment for the branch on certain product lines
·Receipting and booking in stock
·Highly adaptable member of the team
·Participate in stocktakes at all times
