Job Summary

Our client are seeking a proactive and organized HR/Admin Assistant to support their Human Resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in day-to-day HR and office management activities, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Help organise training and development programs.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Admin Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR software, office tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

The Successful Candidate

  • Previous experience in HR/Administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
  • Degree preferable but not essential.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
