We are currentlypartnered witha leading provider of scaffolding solutions, renowned for theircommitment to safety, quality, and innovation. The companysupports a diverse range of projects, from residential and commercial construction to large-scale industrial projects. After recently obtaining new projects, the company are looking to hire a skilled and dedicated surveyor, with sound experience working on scaffolding projects.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to oversee scaffolding projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and precise measurements for scaffolding installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed site surveys to assess project requirements and conditions.
  • Preparing and issuing valuations to clients
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive site measurement reports.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and scaffolding teams to develop project plans.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Pricing and agreeing additional works costs
  • Site visits to liaise with All Seasons Scaffolding project management
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of surveys and project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Surveyor in the construction or scaffolding industry.
  • Strong understanding of scaffolding systems and construction practices.
  • Proficiency with surveying equipment and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications in surveying, engineering, or a related field.
