About the Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students across different year groups, covering a range of subjects within the primary curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of the students.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to the school.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth and consistent learning experience for all pupils.
• Uphold the school's policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behaviour management.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Experience teaching within the primary school setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
• Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A current enhanced DBS check on the update service.
