  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our diverse client base.
  • Processing invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Preparing VAT returns and reconciling bank accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Supporting the preparation of management accounts, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries and offer expert advice when needed.
  • Dealing with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Inputting supplier invoices and checking statements for accuracy.
  • Making payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register to ensure all assets are accurately recorded.
  • Assisting with payroll setup and preparation, ensuring all payroll activities are completed accurately.
  • Comparing invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders to verify accuracy and completeness.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
