Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO's business trips.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Document Management: Maintain and organise important documents, files, and records.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
