A social housing provider in Lincolnshire is looking for 2 multiskilled external works maintenance operatives to join their team on a long term temporary basis (3 months initially but with strong potential for extension). Covering a patch around Lincolnshire but with jobs focused around the area closest to you. (Usual hotspots are Louth & Skegness).
Paid 40 hours per week, working 8am - 4:30pm.
Own van and tools required.
Rates negotiable but roughly-
18.65ph PAYE premium (16.64 basic plus holiday)
OR
20.50ph Umbrella
Your new role
Main duties include: Repointing, fencing, slabbing, loft insulation
Social housing occupied properties
What you'll need to succeed
Own van and tools
Ideally NVQ/City & Guilds qualified but will consider time served
Be comfortable liaising with tenants
