Studio Operator – Artwork, Repro, and Flexo Retouch

Are you an experienced Studio Operator with expertise in artwork, reprographics, and flexo retouching?

Are you ready to join a dynamic team where your skills and creativity will make a real impact? On behalf of our client based in Louth we’re seeking a talented Studio Operator to join the team full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality standards in all client deliverables.
• Produce accurate, consistent, and timely artwork, utilizing industry-standard software, tools, and print techniques.
• Complete tasks within the Production workflow following required
• specifications, SOPs, and client brand guidelines.
• Deliver top-quality reprographics tailored to printer specifications.
• Execute Flexo and color retouching to meet client targets and standards.
• Support additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in pre-press or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency with Apple Mac systems and software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a commitment to excellence.
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
