Our client based in the Louth Area LN11 Area are looking for a ProductionOperative, stand as the UK's premier producer of recycled polymer, pioneering inventive solutions to address the complexities of plastic management, striving for a cleaner, more sustainable future.
As a production Operative your roles & responsibilities would be:
- Sort incoming plastic materials based on type, grade, and colour to ensure proper segregation for recycling.
- Inspect recycled materials for quality and contaminants, ensuring that only clean and suitable materials are processed for recycling.
- Operate recycling machinery such as shredders and grinders to process plastic materials into reusable pellets or flakes.
- Monitor the production process to ensure that recycling equipment is operating effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as machine operators, quality control technicians, and supervisors, to ensure smooth operation of the recycling process and achieve production goals.
What skills and Expertise do you require as a production operative?
- Previous experience within a Recycling Operative role (ideal however not essential)
- Previous experience within a Warehouse environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills

Monday-Thursday
days-6am-6pm
or
nights 6pm-6am
Pay
£11.44 per hour + shift allowance for nights
