Our client, Lincolnshire County Council, is seeking a Social Worker for its Family Assessment and Support Team, based in Louth, Lincolnshire.
The pay rate available is £37.46 umbrella with hybrid working available. The role will last until the end of August initially.

Details of the role:
- Experienced Social Worker needed for East Lindsey North Family Assessment and Support Team based in Louth, Lincolnshire.
- The team is small, supportive and stable.
- Agency needed to cover vacancy which has just arisen.
- The role is to work with all aspects of assessment and family social work, through CIN, CP and Care Proceedings.
- Team operates a duty system, where social workers are on duty one week in three and need to be in office five days of the duty week, the rest of the time is hybrid home and office working.
Requirements of the role:
- Qualified Social Worker
- Fully Social Work England registered
- Must have significant post-qualified experience in children’s social care
- Ideal candidate will have specialist experience of child protection, CIN and care proceedings social work
